Recherche d’hôtels − District de Ryedale

« We had to queue for one and a half hours to check in!! The manager said he didn't have enough staff on and everyone had come for a concert at night. If they new there was a concert on then they should have opened check in earlier or put more staff on. Simple!! The rooms were noisy. Some staff weren't very helpful. The vending machine was out of order and the water dispenser was empty on a very hot day. Will not be staying here again. Has gone downhill. »

« Staff were good. Hotel lobby and bar lovely Room was dated, uncomfortable bed, hot, poor lighting, basic amenities missing had to ask. Not cleaned properly. Have to pay to use pool area....not cheap aswell. Location of hotel great »

« Chambre exiguë, à se demander si ce n'était pas une chambre de bonne reconvertie (3 m de large sur 4 m de long), eau bouillante pour la douche à 2 reprises (2 matinées de suite) : merci pour les migraines de la journée ! Pas de wifi dans les chambres : nécessité de se rendre dans les salons et à l'accueil situés au rez de chaussée pour se connecter à internet avec smartphone et pc portable. »

« The room, whilst small was clean and comfortable. The issue we had was with a lack of parking. At the time of booking the hotel was described as having parking available. It did not mention that it was in short supply. On arrival the hotel car park was full along with all available street parking. « Awful!! Absolutely Awful Place!!! Checked in by a young girl who said virtually nothing. Nothing about where the room was located, breakfast, the restaurant or where anything was. As a result we eat out. No signs for lift or where the rooms were! Got in the car in the disabled carpark to find there were ropes across with 3 wooden posts. My wife went to reception as I am on crutches and was told to move them herself. She also has cerebral Palsy so asked someone else to. 10 minutes later a guy...

« My second stay in as many weeks. Room was a good size, bed was really comfortable. Greeted by a friendly bloke on reception who gave me my key. Good supply of tea, coffee, sugar and milk sachets in the room. Brilliant location for the cricket ground as well asbthebtown centre. All in all good, can't fault it with the competive prices »
